Inspection Procedure

  1. DISPLAY CHECK MODE (PANEL SWITCH CHECK) 
    1. Perform display check mode.
      1. Start the diagnosis system and perform the panel check.

      Standard: Press each switch and make sure that if corresponds to the display on the screen. 

    1. NG: CHECK AND REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY 
    2. OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK SWITCH (BEEP SOUND) 
    1. Check switch.
      1. Check that the beep sound when touch switch is pressed.
    1. NG: GO TO STEP 3 
    2. OK: CHECK AND REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU 
  3. CHECK AND REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK 
    1. Check that the malfunction disappear when a know good multi-display junction block is installed.

    1. B: CHECK AND REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY JUNCTION BLOCK 
    2. A: Go to next step 
  4. CHECK AND REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSY 
    1. Check that the malfunction disappear when a know good air conditioning panel sub-assy is installed.
