Rain Sensor: Replacement

  1. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR 
    1. Unlock the stopper by pulling it down, and remove the rain sensor.
    2. Disconnect the connector.

  2. INSTALL RAIN SENSOR 
    1. Connect the connector.
    2. Install the rain sensor.
      NOTE:
      • Remove any residue left from the silicon sheet on the windshield.
      • Clean the dirt on the glass with a cloth, etc.
      • When installing a new rain sensor, peel the release paper from the silicon sheet first
      • If reusing the rain sensor, install the new rain sensor tape before installing the rain sensor.
      • Be careful not to leave any air bubbles in the rain sensor tape when installing the rain sensor.
