Airbag Sensor Assembly: Removal

NOTE:
Do not open the cover or the case of the ECU and various computers unless absolutely necessary.

- REMOVE THESE PARTS:
(See REMOVAL )
- Finish plate
- End pad
- No.1 under cover
- Hood lock release lever
- No.1 safety pad
- No.2 under cover
- Glove compartment finish plate
- Glove compartment panel assembly
- Front ash receptacle
- Cluster finish panel
- Console box carpet
- Accessary socket
- Accessary case
- Lower rear console box
- Rear console armrest
- Console box register
- Console box
- No.3 console box mounting bracket
- No.1 console box duct
- REMOVE AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the airbag sensor connectors.NOTE: Remove the connectors with the sensor assembly installed.
- Using a torx wrench, remove the 3 screws and airbag sensor assembly.
Torx(R)wrench: T40 (Part No.09042-00020 or locally manufactured tool)
- Disconnect the airbag sensor connectors.
