Front Seat: Disassembly

1. Remove the power seat switch knobs.
2. Remove the 4 screws and front seat cushion shield, then disconnect the connector.

Remove the 3 screws and front seat inner cushion cover.

Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 front seat cushion shield.

1. Remove the wire harness from the seat cushion assembly.
2. Remove the 4 bolts and seat cushion assembly.

1. Remove the hog rings.
2. Disengage the seat cushion cover hook.
3. Remove the seat cushion cover with pad.
4. Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the pad.

1. Remove the seatback board as shown in the illustration.
2. Remove the hog rings.
3. Remove the 4 seatback assembly set bolts.
   NOTE: Be careful not to pull the side airbag assembly wire harness.

4. Remove the 6 screws and seat cushion inside covers, then disconnect the wire harness from the covers.
5. Disengage the wire harness clamps.
6. Remove the seatback assembly.

1. Remove the hog rings.
2. Remove the 2 screws and disengage the seat cover hook and retainer from the seatback frame.
3. Remove the headrest supports.
4. Remove the cap, bolt, washer, wave washer and armrest.
5. Remove the seatback frame from the seatback cover with pad.

6. Driver's seat: Remove the 2 bolts and lumber support assembly from the seatback frame.
7. Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seat-back pad.

Remove the bolt and front seat inner belt.

Remove the 2 screws and power seat switch.

Disconnect the connectors, then remove the wire harness.

Remove the 2 nuts and seat position control relay.

Using a screwdriver, remove the torsion bar.

1. Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 seat track covers.
2. Remove the 2 nuts and belt anchor bracket.

1. Driver's seat: Using a torx socket wrench, remove the 4 bolts and reclining seat adjuster assembly with No. 2 vertical seat link sub-assembly.
2. Except driver's seat: Remove the 4 bolts and reclining seat adjuster assembly.

3. Remove the 2 screws and reclining motor.

1. Using a torx socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts.
2. Remove the 2 nuts and No. 2 vertical seat link sub-assembly.
3. Remove the 2 screws and front vertical motor.

1. w/ Seat position control relay: Remove the bolt.

2. Remove the 5 nuts, plate and vertical seat link sub-assembly.
3. Remove the 2 screws and rear vertical motor.

1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Disconnect the seat adjuster drive cable, then remove the slide motor.
