Control Valve Assembly: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install a new gasket.
  2. Install cover, 4 bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install cushion bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install cushions and 3 holders.
  5. Install control valve assembly and tighten the 3 nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  6. Connect the 5 AHC lines and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  7. Connect harness connector.
  8. Fill AHC pump motor reservoir with suspension fluid AHC and bleed AHC system. See BLEEDING .
  9. Check for leaks.
