Control Valve Assembly: Removal

  1. Disconnect control valve harness connector. See Fig 1.
  2. Using special tool (09023-00100), disconnect the 5 AHC fluid lines from control valve assembly. See Fig 2.
  3. Remove 3 nuts and control valve assembly. See Fig 1.
  4. Remove 3 holders, cushions and cushion bolts from control valve assembly.
  5. Remove 4 bolts and cover.
  6. Remove gasket.
