On-Vehicle Inspection

- INSPECT TURN SIGNAL FLASHER CIRCUIT
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard:
T10 CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONSTester connection Condition Specified condition 1 - body ground Turn ignition switch ON 10 to 14 V 1 - body ground Turn ignition switch OFF Below 1 V 4 - body ground Always 10 to 14 V 7 - body ground Always Below 1 V - Connect the connector to turn on the signal flasher and turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Inspect the wire harness side connector from the back according to the checks listed in the table below.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LAMP ASSY LH
- Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to the terminal 2.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard:
REAR COMBINATION LAMP ASSY LH CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONSTester connection Condition Specified condition 1 - 2 Brake pedal released Below 1 V 1 - 2 Brake pedal depressed 10 to 14 V - Disconnect the rear combination lamp assy LH connector.
- Connect the (+) lead from the ohmmeter to the terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the ohmmeter to the terminal 2.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the chart below.
Standard:
REAR COMBINATION LAMP ASSY LH CONNECTOR TERMINALS RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONSTester connection Condition Specified condition 1 - 2 Always 314 to 347 -->

- INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LAMP ASSY RH
- Connect the (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the voltmeter to the terminal 2.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard:
REAR COMBINATION LAMP ASSY RH CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONSTester connection Condition Specified condition 1 - 2 Brake pedal released Below 1 V 1 - 2 Brake pedal depressed 10 to 14 V - Disconnect the rear combination lamp assy RH connector.
- Connect the (+) lead from the ohmmeter to the terminal 1 and the (-) lead from the ohmmeter to the terminal 2.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the chart below.
