3. BASIC INSPECTION 
   1. Basic inspection.
      1. Check the battery voltage.

      Standard: 11 to 14 V 

   2. Check the power supply to the radio receiver assy.
   1. Turn the ignition switch to the ACC position.
   2. Check whether or not the display appears on the radio receiver assy.

   DISPLAY DOES NOT APPEAR (PROCEED TO  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   ) 

   DISPLAY APPEARS (GO TO STEP 4) 

4. DTC CHECK (SEE  PRE-CHECK   ) 

   DTC IS OUTPUT (GO TO STEP 5) 

   DTC IS NOT OUTPUT (GO TO STEP   6 )
