Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK REAR LH SEAT ECU

    1. Disconnect the R25 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      REAR LH SEAT ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      +B (R25-1) - GND (R25-14) B - W-B Battery Always 10 to 14 V
      GND (R25-14) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      SYSB (R25-18) - GND (R25-14) V-Y - W-B Power source Always 10 to 14 V
      SGND (R25-23) - GND (R25-14) W-B - W-B Ground Always Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the R25 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the ECU connector.

  2. CHECK REAR RH SEAT ECU

    1. Disconnect the R26 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      REAR RH SEAT ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      +B (R26-1) - GND (R26-14) L - W-B Battery Always 10 to 14 V
      GND (R26-14) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      SYSB (R26-18) - GND (R26-14) V-Y - W-B Power source Always 10 to 14 V
      SGND (R26-23) - GND (R26-14) W-B - W-B Ground Always Below 1 V
      SEL (R26-11) - GND (R26-14) W-B - W-B Ground Always Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the R26 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the ECU connector.

    Standard:

    If the result is not as specified, replace the seat ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK REAR SEAT CONTROL SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the P54 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

    Standard: 

    REAR SEAT CONTROL SWITCH TERMINALS REFERENCE

    Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
    SYSB (P54-5) - E (P54-1) G-W - W-B Power source Always 10 to 14 V
    E (P54-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  4. CHECK PASSENGER SIDE J/B (PASSENGER SIDE J/B ECU)

    1. Disconnect the PB, PE and PG J/B connectors.
    2. Disconnect the P5 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the voltage of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      PASSENGER SIDE J/B (PASSENGER SIDE J/B ECU) TERMINALS REFERENCE

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      MPX-B (PB-1) - GND (PG-8) R-L - W-B Battery Always 10 to 14 V
      MPX-IG (PE-3) - GND (PG-8) R-L - W-B Power source Ignition switch OFF --> ON 0V --> 10 to 14 V
      GND (PG-8) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      GND1 (P5-11) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    4. Reconnect the PB, PE and PG J/B connectors.
    5. Reconnect the P5 ECU connector.
    6. Measure the voltage of the connector.

    Standard: 

    PASSENGER SIDE J/B (PASSENGER SIDE J/B ECU) TERMINALS REFERENCE

    Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
    RRSW (P5-19) - GND1 (P5-11) Y - W-B Rear seat return switch signal Rear seat return switch ON Rear seat return switch OFF Below 1 V 10 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, replace the ECU may have a malfunction.

  5. CHECK REAR DOOR LH ECU

    1. Disconnect the R13 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      REAR DOOR LH ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE

      CPUB (R13-1) - GND (R13-6) V-Y - W-B Power supply Always 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the R13 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of connectors.

    If the result is not as specified, replace the rear door ECU may have a malfunction.

  6. CHECK REAR DOOR RH ECU

    1. Disconnect the R14 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      Standard: 

      REAR DOOR RH ECU TERMINALS REFERENCE
