Ventilation Valve Sub-ASSY: Replacement

REMOVE V-BANK COVER
REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASS
1. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the valve.
2. Remove the valve cover.
3. Remove the valve.
INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSY
1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the valve.
  Adhesive:
  
  Part No. 08833-00070, THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent

2. Install the valve.
  Torque: 27 N.m (275 kgf.cm, 20 ft.lbf)
  
  HINT:
  
  After applying the specified torque, rotate the valve clockwise with the port facing in the direction indicated in Fig 2.
3. Install the valve cover.
4. Connect the ventilation hose to the valve.
