Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the DA, DD and DK J/B connectors.
    2. Disconnect the U1 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE REFERENCE

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      BECU (DK-5) - GND2 (DA-5) G-R - W-B BECU power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      GND2 (DA-5) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      GND2 (DD-7) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      DCTY (U1-14) - Body ground R - Body ground Driver side door courtesy light switch signal Driver side door is closed Below 1 Ω
      DCTY (U1-14) - Body ground R - Body ground Driver side door courtesy light switch signal Driver side door is open 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

  2. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the N3 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE REFERENCE

      CPUB (N3-4) - GND (N3- 1) LG - W-B Battery power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      BDR (N3-6) - GND (N3-1) L - W-B Battery power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      SIG (N3-3) - GND (N3-1) Y - W-B SIG power supply Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V
      SIG (N3-3) - GND (N3-1) Y - W-B SIG power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V
      GND (N3-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the N3 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connector.
      VOLTAGE REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the M3 and M4 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE REFERENCE

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the M3 and M4 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

  4. CHECK REAR MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the P2 and P3 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the P2 and P3 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

  5. CHECK REAR MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the O2 and O3 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

  6. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the R5 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
