Ignition Coil: Installation

  1. INSTALL IGNITION COIL
    1. Connect a new ignition coil to the spark plug, attach the ignition coil to the cylinder head cover, and install the bolt.

      Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)

    2. Connect the ignition coil connector.
  2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER (INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (INSTALLATION )
  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
  8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
    1. Perform initialization (INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
