Headlight Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB

    1. Remove the No. 2 headlight bulb.
  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

    1. Remove the No. 1 headlight bulb.
  3. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

    1. Turn the clearance light bulb and the headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit.
    2. Remove the clearance light bulb from the headlight cord.
  4. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

    1. Turn the front turn signal light bulb and the headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit
    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the headlight cord.
  5. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB 
    1. Turn the front side marker light bulb and the headlight cord in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the front side marker light bulb from the headlight cord.
  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CORD

    1. Disengage the 2 clamps and claw, and remove the headlight cord.
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAL PACKING

    1. Remove the No. 1 seal packing.
  8. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAL PACKING

    1. Remove the No. 2 seal packing.
  9. REMOVE NO. 1 HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL
