Headlight Assembly: Installation

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

    1. Install the No. 2 radiator side air seal with the 3 clips.
  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 2 screws.

      Torque: 2.0 N*m (20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf) 

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR

    1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 2 front side panel protector.
  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the front bumper stay sub-assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.
  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER 
  6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
  7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH 
  8. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER 
  9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE 
  10. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  11. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  12. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  13. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING (See  ADJUSTMENT   ) 
  14. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (See  ADJUSTMENT   )
