Charging (3MZ-FE): Generator: Installation

INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Temporarily install the generator with bolts A and B.

2. Adjust the V belt No. 1 tension by tightening bolt C
  (See ENGINE ).
3. Tighten bolts A and B
  Torque: Bolt A
  
  58 N*m (592 kgf*cm, 43 ft.*lbf)
  
  Bolt B
  
  18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)
4. Install the generator wire with the nut.
  Torque: 9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
5. Connect the generator connector.
6. Install the wire harness clamp.
INSPECT DRIVE BELT (See ENGINE )
