Headlight Assembly: Installation

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the headlight assembly with the 3 screws and the bolt.
    2. Connect the connectors.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER FILLER 
    1. Install the front bumper filler with the clip.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER 
  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (SEE  INSTALLATION  ) 
  6. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT 
  7. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a tester) 
  8. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) 
  9. HEADLIGHT AIMING INSPECTION 
  10. HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT 
  11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
