Steering Pad Switch LH: Replacement

  1. SEPARATE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  2. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER NO.2 (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  3. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER NO.3 (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  4. REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  5. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH LH 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Disconnect the connector of cruise control main switch.
    3. Remove the screw.

    4. Disengage the meshing of 2 pins and remove the steering pad switch LH.

  6. INSTALL HORN BUTTON ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  7. INSPECT HORN BUTTON ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  8. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT (See  REPLACEMENT  )
