Seat Belt Control Ecu: Removal
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment (See
AIRBAG SYSTEM
).
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
- REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY
- REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

- REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

)
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH
(See
DISASSEMBLY
)
- REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Disengage the claw and clip and remove the seat belt control ECU.
