Seat Belt Control Ecu: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    CAUTION: Wait for 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable to prevent airbag deployment (See AIRBAG SYSTEM ).
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT 
  3. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY 
  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  5. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  8. REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts.
    3. Disengage the claw and clip and remove the seat belt control ECU.
