Inspection Procedure

1. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

   Standard voltage 

   VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   K67-23 (HEAD) - Body ground	10 to 14 V

OK: Go to step 2 

NG: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

1. Disconnect the K67 ECU connector.
2. Disconnect the K22 switch connector.
3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   K67-23 (HEAD) - K22-4 (HEAD)	Below 1 Ω
   K67-23 (HEAD) or K22-4 (HEAD) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher
   K22-5 (E) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
