Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU

    1. Disconnect the U28 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      +B1 (U28-1) - Body ground R - Body ground +B power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      IG (U28-18) - Body ground B - Body ground Ignition power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

    3. Reconnect the U28 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connector.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK RH ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the DD, DK, DM and DN junction block connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

    3. Reconnect the DD, DK, DM and DN junction block connectors.
    4. Measure the resistance of the connector.
      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      If the result is not as specified, the junction block may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT LH (DRIVER DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the N3 and N4 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

    3. Reconnect the N3 and N4 connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  4. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU FRONT RH (FRONT PASSENGER DOOR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the M3 and M4 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.

    1. Disconnect the P2 and P3 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.

    1. Disconnect the O2 and O3 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.

  7. CHECK NO.1 JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK REAR ECU)

    1. Disconnect the LC and LF junction block connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
