Inspection Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (FRONT DOOR LOCK MOTOR)
- Select the ACTIVE TEST, use the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to generate a condition command, and then check that the door lock motor operates.

- Apply battery voltage to the door lock motor and check operation of the door lock motor.

- READ VALUE OF INTELLIGENT TESTER (DOOR LOCK POSITION SWITCH)
- Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the door lock position switch.

- Measure the resistance of the switch.

- Measure the resistance of the switch.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ECU - DOOR LOCK)
- Disconnect the M10 ECU connector.
- Disconnect the M12 door lock connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (DOOR LOCK - SWITCH)
- Disconnect the M12 door lock connector.
- Disconnect the Q13 switch connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION REFERENCE CHARTTester Connection Specified Condition M12-8 (LSSR) - Q13-16 (LSW) Below 1 Ω M12-8 (LSSR) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
