Customize Parameters

1. The combination meter's buzzer operation can be customized. There is an ON and OFF setting, which sets or disables the driver's and / or front passenger's seat belt buzzer.
   NOTE: These buzzers should be set to ON as a safety precaution. If it is necessary to customize the buzzers, perform the procedures below.

   Procedure 

   CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS PROCEDURE CHART
   
   

   Step 1	Turn power switch ON (IG).
   Step 2	Press the ODO/TRIP switch until odometer displays "ODO".
   Step 3	Turn power switch OFF.
   Step 4	Turn the power switch on (IG), and within 6 seconds, press the ODO/ TRIP switch. Hold the ODO/TRIP switch for 10 seconds.
   Step 5	After the 10 second period, do not release the ODO/TRIP switch and perform either of the following: Turning driver seat belt buckle switch ON causes system to enter the driver and passenger seat belt buzzer cancel mode. Turning passenger seat belt buckle switch ON causes system to enter the passenger seat belt only buzzer cancel mode.
   Step 6	After entering buzzer cancel mode, each press of the ODO/TRIP switch causes the seat belt buzzer to change to ON or OFF.
   Step 7	Turn power switch OFF.

   HINT:

   The buzzer cancel mode ends when either of the following is performed: 1) the ODO/TRIP switch is not operated for 10 seconds, or 2) the power switch is turned OFF.
