HV Relay Assembly: Inspection

If the values is not as specified, replace the HV relay assembly.

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   w4-1 - P2-1	10 kΩ or higher

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   w4-1 - P2-1	Below 1 Ω (When battery voltage applied to terminals N6-2 and N6-3)

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION
   
   

   Tester Connection	Specified Condition
   N6-3 - GND (N6-2)	18.8 to 32.1 Ω at -35 to 80°C (-31 to 176°F)

If the value is not as specified, replace the HV relay assembly.
