Headlight Assembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL UPPER HEADLIGHT PROTECTOR RETAINER (for HID Headlight) 
    1. Install the screw and upper headlight protector retainer.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (for HID Headlight) 
    1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.
      NOTE: After the headlight leveling motor base packing is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do this may cause water ingress.
  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR (for HID Headlight) 
    1. Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector.
    2. Turn the headlight leveling motor to install it.
  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT 
    1. Install the front bumper side support with the 3 screws.

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WIRE HARNESS 
    1. Connect the connectors and install the headlight wire harness.
  6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the 2 front turn signal light bulbs.
  7. INSTALL PARKING LIGHT SOCKET 
    1. Connect the connector and install the parking light socket.

  8. INSTALL PARKING LIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the parking light bulb.
  9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB 
    1. Install the No. 2 headlight bulb.
    2. Install a new headlight gasket.
      NOTE: After the headlight gasket is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do this may cause water ingress.
  10. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight) 
    1. Install the discharge headlight bulb.
    2. Install a new headlight gasket.
      NOTE: After the headlight gasket is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do this may cause water ingress.
  11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight) 
    1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb.
    2. Install a new headlight gasket.
      NOTE: After the headlight gasket is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do this may cause water ingress.
