Rear Seat Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE REAR BENCH TYPE SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    1. Remove the hog rings.

    2. Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion frame (with pad).

  2. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and rear center seat armrest assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and hinge.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly.
    3. Disengage the claw and remove the rear center seat armrest door sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
    1. Remove the 4 screws and rear seat armrest plate.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and center armrest lock sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Center Armrest Box) 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and hinge.

    2. Separate the pad sub-assembly and box assembly.
    3. Remove the 2 screws and rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
    1. Disengage the 14 claws and remove the rear center seat armrest panel.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
    1. Disengage the 15 claws and remove the rear center seat armrest cover.

    2. Remove the rear center seat armrest box.
  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH 
    1. Remove the 6 screws and rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR BENCH TYPE SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Remove the hog rings.

    2. Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback frame (with pad).
