Rear Seat Assembly: Reassembly

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart. (See SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS (For IS350) SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS (For IS250) )

  1. INSTALL REAR BENCH TYPE SEATBACK COVER 
    NOTE:
    • Be careful not to damage the cover.
    • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback frame (with pad) with new hog rings.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH 
  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH 
  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  8. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
  10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Center Armrest Box) 
  11. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
  12. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box) 
  13. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST HINGE 
  14. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
  15. INSTALL REAR BENCH TYPE SEAT CUSHION COVER 
    NOTE:
    • Be careful not to damage the cover.
    • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion frame (with pad) with new hog rings.
