Console Box Light: Inspection

  1. INSPECT CONSOLE BOX LIGHT 
    1. LED illumination inspection
      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals of the connector, and check the LED illumination condition.

        OK 

        LED ILLUMINATION INSPECTION

        Tester Connection Specified Condition
        10 (RRMP) - 3 (RGND) Rear spot light RH illuminates
        2 (RLMP) - 3 (RGND) Rear spot light LH illuminates
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      CONSOLE BOX LIGHT RESISTANCE

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      5 (RRSW) - 3 (RGND) Switch on both sides OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      4 (RLSW) - 3 (RGND) Switch on both sides OFF 10 kΩ or higher
      5 (RRSW) - 3 (RGND) Rear right side switch ON Below 1 Ω
      4 (RLSW) - 3 (RGND) Rear left side switch ON Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the console box light.
