Headlight Assembly: Reassembly

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH
1. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.

INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET (w/ Driver Monitor Camera)
1. Install a new No. 1 headlight cover gasket.
INSTALL LIGHT RETRACTOR CONTROL RELAY (w/ Driver Monitor Camera)
1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the light retractor control relay with the 2 screws.

3. Install the cover with the 4 screws.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET
1. Install a new headlight gasket.
INSTALL HEADLIGHT CONTROL ECU LH
1. Pass the headlight control ECU socket through the headlight assembly.
  NOTE: Be careful not to damage the reflector or headlight housing with the headlight control ECU socket.
2. Connect the connector.
3. Install the swivel motor with the 3 screws.
  NOTE: Align the cutout parts of the swivel motor shaft with the cutout parts of the reflector to install the swivel motor.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT SWIVEL MOTOR
1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the cover with the 3 screws.

3. Fix the headlight control ECU's power supply wire harness to the headlight interior's clip.
4. Install the headlight control ECU with the 4 screws.
  NOTE: As the screws are self tapping screws, make sure no fragments enter the interior of the headlight during the procedure.

5. Install the headlight protector with the screw.

6. Fix the headlight control ECU socket's harness to the headlight interior's 2 clips.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH
1. Connect the tip of the headlight leveling motor LH with the reflector.
2. Turn the headlight levering motor in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

3. Connect the connector.
INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB
1. Turn the front side marker light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

2. Connect the connector.
INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
1. Turn the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

2. Connect the connector.
INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
1. Turn the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

2. Connect the connector.
3. Turn the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Connect the connector.
2. Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.
  NOTE: Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

3. Turn the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.

INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Lock the set spring and install the discharge headlight bulb.
  NOTE: Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.
2. Turn the headlight control ECU in the direction indicated by the arrow and install the socket.

3. Turn the back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.
