Inspection Procedure

1. Connect the use the intelligent tester or Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Read the DATA LIST and check the country specification information of the driving support ECU and vehicle.
   1. Intelligent tester

      OK: Country specification information for vehicle and driving support ECU matches. 

NG: REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU (See  REMOVAL   ) 

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 

1. Check for DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).
2. Clear the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).
3. Recheck for DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).

   OK: DTC C1A02 is not output. 

NG: REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU (See  REMOVAL   ) 

OK: USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK  (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING )
