DTC Check / Clear

CHECK DTC
1. Connect the intelligent tester or Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the tester on.
4. Enter the following menus:
  1. Intelligent tester - Select: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / (desired system) / DTC INFO /
  2. Techstream - Select: Body Electrical / (desired system) / Trouble Codes /
5. Read the DTCs.
CLEAR DTC
1. Connect the intelligent tester or Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the tester on.
4. Enter the following menus:
  1. Intelligent tester - Select: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / (desired system) / DTC INFO /
  2. Techstream - Select: Body Electrical / (desired system) / Trouble Codes /
5. Erase the DTCs.
INDICATOR CHECK
1. Press and hold the A/C control AUTO switch and Recirculation / Fresh switch simultaneously, and turn the engine switch on (IG). Continue holding the 2 switches until the panel diagnosis mode begins.

2. Check that all indicators turn on and off 4 times in succession at 1 second intervals.
  HINT:
  - After the indicator check is completed, the system enters the DTC mode automatically.
  - Press the "OFF" switch to cancel the indicator check.
