Door Control Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the continuity of the power window regulator master switch.

    OK 

    TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION

    Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
    3 - 4 LOCK Continuity
    3 - 4 OFF No continuity
    3 - 14 UNLOCK Continuity
    3 - 14 OFF No continuity

    If the result is not as specified, replace the switch assembly.

  2. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the continuity of the power window regulator switch.

    OK 

    TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION

    Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
    3 - 2 LOCK Continuity
    3 - 2 OFF No continuity
    1 - 2 UNLOCK Continuity
    1 - 2 OFF No continuity

    If the result is not as specified, replace the switch assembly.
