Back Window Lock: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER RH  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

  4. REMOVE DOOR TRIM RETAINER CAP  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER  (See DISASSEMBLY )
  7. REMOVE BACK WINDOW LOCK 
    1. Disconnect the connector and clamp.
    2. Remove the 3 bolts and the back window lock.
