Inspection Procedure

HINT:

After repairing, restart the system (put the vehicle into the READY-on state) and recheck for DTCs. (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR )

1. READ OUTPUT DTC 
   1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
   2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
   3. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
   4. Read output DTCs. (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR )

      Result: DTCs are output. 

   YES: GO TO  DTC CHART  

   NO: REPLACE BATTERY SMART UNIT
