Front Power Seat Lumbar Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT LUMBAR FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH 
    1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the seat switch.

      Standard resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 (LF) - 4 (B2) 2 (LR) - 3 (E2) FRONT Below 1 Ω
      1 (LF) - 3 (E2) 2 (LR) - 3 (E2) OFF Below 1 Ω
      1 (LF) - 3 (E2) 2 (LR) - 4 (B2) BACK Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.

  2. INSPECT LUMBAR FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH RH 
    1. Measure the resistance between the terminals of the seat switch.

      Standard resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      1 (B) - 4 (LF) 2 (E) - 3 (LR) FRONT Below 1 Ω
      2 (E) - 3 (LR) 2 (E) - 4 (LF) OFF Below 1 Ω
      1 (B) - 3 (LR) 2 (E) - 4 (LF) BACK Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.
