Customize Parameters

HINT:

The following items can be customized.

NOTE:
  • After confirming whether the items requested by the customer are applicable or not for customization, perform customizing operations.
  • Be sure to record the current settings before customization.
  • When troubleshooting, make sure that the item in question is not set to "OFF" as a result of customization (Example: For the system, "the wireless function does not operate", first check that the wireless function is not set to "OFF", then perform troubleshooting).
  1. CUSTOMIZE 
    1. Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the tester on.
    4. Enter the following menus:

      Select: Customize Setting /

    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

      MAIN BODY ECU CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS

      Display (item) Default Function Setting
      Wireless Control (Wireless door lock control function) ON Function that turns wireless door lock function ON/OFF ON/OFF
      Hazard Answer Back (Hazard answer-back for wireless door lock control) ON
      • When the doors are locked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash once.
      • When the doors are unlocked by wireless operation, the hazard warning lights flash twice
      		 ON/OFF
      Open Door Warning (Door ajar warning) ON The buzzer sounds when LOCK is pressed when any of the doors are ajar ON/OFF
      Auto Lock Time (Auto lock time) 60s This function regulates the interval between unlocking and automatic relocking of doors. 30s/60s/120s
      Unlock 2 Operation (Wireless unlock operated twice) ON This function unlocks the driver's door when the UNLOCK switch is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice within 3 seconds. If set to OFF, pressing UNLOCK once unlocks all doors. ON/OFF
      Panic Alarm Function (Panic function) ON This function operates the theft deterrent system when PANIC is pressed and held for 0 8 seconds ON/OFF
      Trunk Lid Operation (Wireless trunk opener function setting) 0.8 s This function changes operation method of transmitter to open luggage compartment door.

      2tim ON. Push 2 times
      0.8 s Push and hold for 0.8 seconds
      OFF Does not operate      		 1tim ON/2tim ON/0.8 s/ OFF
      Wireless Buzzer Volume LEVEL7 This function adjusts the volume of the wireless buzzer. LEVEL0 to LEVEL7
