On-Vehicle Inspection

- INSPECT REAR OUTER COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector from the rear outer combination light.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage: LH Side
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition R12-2 - R12-5 (E) Brake pedal released → depressed Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V R12-1 - R12-5 (E) Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V R12-1 - R12-5 (E) Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V RH Side
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition R14-2 - R14-5 (E) Brake pedal released → depressed Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V R14-1 - R14-5 (E) Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V R14-1 - R14-5 (E) Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, there is a malfunction on the wire harness side.
- INSPECT REAR INNER COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector from the rear inner combination light.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage: LH Side
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition R11-4 - R11-3 Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V RH Side
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition R13-4 - R11-3 Light control switch OFF → TAIL Below 1 V → 10 to 14 V If the result is not as specified, there is a malfunction on the wire harness side.
