Air Conditioning Control Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL ORNAMENT LH 
    1. Remove the 5 screws and heater control ornament LH.

  2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL ORNAMENT RH 
    1. Remove the 5 screws and heater control ornament RH.

  3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws and disengage the 4 claws. Remove the heater control housing sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CONTROL ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE: When disassembling the center cluster module control assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.
    1. Remove the 9 screws and center cluster module control assembly.
      NOTE: Do not drop the switches or buttons.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the screw and air conditioning panel sub-assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the screw and air conditioning panel sub-assembly RH.
