Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the h1 multi-display connector.

2. Disconnect the z17 navigation ECU connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   z17-8 (VOI-) - h1-10 (IVI-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   z17-9 (VOI+) - h1-11 (IVI+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   z17-8 (VOI-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   z17-9 (VOI+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK : Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the K47 display connector.
2. Disconnect the U29 amplifier connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance: 

   for CD changer models

   K47-22 (IVO+) - U29-15 (INT+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K47-21 (IVO-) - U29-14 (INT-)	Always	Below 1 Ω

   K47-21 (IVO-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   for DVD changer models

   K47-22 (IVO+) - U29-23 (INT+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   K47-21 (IVO-) - U29-22 (INT-)	Always	Below 1 Ω

   K47-21 (IVO-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
