Hybrid Mode Select Switch: Inspection

INSPECT HYBRID MODE SELECT SWITCH

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

Switch Condition	Tester Connection	Specified Condition
Hybrid mode select switch (PWR)	3 - 7	Below 1 Ω
Hybrid mode select switch (NORM)	3 - 7	10 kΩ or higher
Press continuously Hybrid mode select switch (SNOW)	1 - 3	Below 1 Ω
Release Hybrid mode select switch (SNOW)	1 - 3	10 kΩ or higher

If the resistance value is not as specified, replace the hybrid mode select switch.
