How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

- VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP
- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard voltage: 11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.
- INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF LARGE-SCALE MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (BEAN)*
- Use Techstream to check if the Multiplex Communication System (MPX) is functioning normally.

- Use Techstream to check if the Multiplex Communication System (MPX) is functioning normally.
- CHECK FOR DTC*
- Check for DTC and note any codes that are output.
- Delete DTC.
- Recheck DTC.
