Roof Headlining: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE 
    1. for Standard Type

      Install the No 1 roof wire

      1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration
      2. Align the roof wire's wire harness marking to the roof headlining front part (A), and apply tape {width. 8 mm (0 314 in)} to fix the roof wire in place.
      3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas.

      4. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the roof wire's wire harness marking areas as shown in the illustration For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the illustration (A)

    2. w/ Sliding Roof

      Install the No. 1 roof wire

      1. Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the roof headlining as shown in the illustration.
      2. Align the roof wire's wire harness marking to the roof headlining front part (A), and apply tape {width- 8 mm (0 314 in.)} to fix the roof wire in place
      3. Remove the peeling paper of the double-sided tape, and place the roof wire on the roof headlining along the wire harness marking areas
      4. w/ Driver Monitor Camera.

        Align the roof headlining's protruding part with the roof wire's wire harness marking as shown in the illustration, and fix the roof wire in place.

      5. Fix the roof wire in place by applying vinyl tape to the roof wire's wire harness marking areas as shown in the illustration. For areas near connectors, apply the vinyl tape as shown in the illustration (A)

  2. INSTALL ROOF SILENCER PAD 
    1. for Standard Type.

      Install the roof silencer pad

      1. Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Standard Type, w/ Rear Cooler.

      Install the roof silencer pad.

      1. Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration

    3. w/ Sliding Roof:

      Install the roof silencer pad.

      1. Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

    4. w/ Sliding Roof, w/ Rear Cooler:

      Install the roof silencer pad.

      1. Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

    5. w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System:

      Install the roof silencer pad.

      1. Align the markings on the roof headlining with the roof silencer pads and install the pads using double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.
