Trip Switch: Inspection
- INSPECT TRIP SWITCH
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 5 (RSET) - 6 (E) RESET ON (Pushed) Below 200 Ω RESET OFF (Not pushed) 1 MΩ or higher 7 (A/B) - 6 (E) TRIP ON (Pushed) Below 200 Ω TRIP OFF (Not pushed) 1 MΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.
- Inspect the switch illumination
- Apply battery voltage between the terminals of the light, and check the operation of the switch.

TERMINALS REFERENCE CHARTMeasurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2 (ILL+)

NOTE:- If the positive (+) lead and the negative (-) lead are incorrectly connected, the LED will not illuminate.
- If the voltage is too low, the LED will not illuminate.
If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
