Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC (for Engine Control System) 
    1. Check if the engine control system DTC is output (See DTC CHECK/CLEAR ).

    Result 

    RESULT REFERENCE

    Result Proceed to
    DTC is not output. A
    DTC is output. B

    B: GO TO ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM (HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING)  (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING )

    A: REPLACE ECM  (See ECM )
