Active Height Control Pump And Motor: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the clamp from the reservoir, then remove the 2 clips and hose.

  2. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL CAP TO RESERVOIR HOSE 
    1. Remove the 3 clips, 2 breather plugs and hose from the reservoir hose.

    2. Pull the connector down to detach it and remove the hose from the reservoir tank.

  3. DISCONNECT NO. 4 FRAME WIRE 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors, clamp and frame wire.

  4. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 nuts and bracket from the pump and motor.

  5. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 5 bolts and reservoir from the pump and motor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL BOLT CUSHION 
    1. Remove the 3 bolt holders and 3 bolt cushions from the pump and motor.
