Active Height Control Pump And Motor: Installation

INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL PUMP AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the pump and motor with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 31 N*m (316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf)

2. Connect the 2 connectors and 3 clamps.

INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE CLAMP
1. Install the tube clamp with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
2. Connect the reservoir hose to the tube clamp.

CONNECT REAR NO. 6 HEIGHT CONTROL TUBE
1. Using a union nut wrench, connect the control tube to the pump and motor.
  Torque: without union nut wrench
  
  15 N*m (155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
  
  with union nut wrench
  
  14 N*m (143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)
  
  HINT:
  - Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.).
  - The torque value for use with a union nut wrench is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.
BLEED AIR FROM SUSPENSION FLUID (See BLEEDING )
CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSPECT FOR SUSPENSION FLUID LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSTALL FUEL TANK FILLER PIPE PROTECTOR
1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the pipe protector with the 3 screws and 2 new grommets.
INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 1 SIDE COVER PROTECTOR (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL REAR BUMPER COVER
1. Install the bumper cover (See INSTALLATION ).
INSTALL REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD RH (See INSTALLATION )
