Oil Cooler Assembly: Installation

  1. INSTALL WATER WITH MOTOR AND BRACKET PUMP ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the air duct with the 3 bolts.

      Torque: 4.9 N*m (50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf)

    2. Install the water with motor and bracket pump assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf) 

    3. Connect the connector, 2 water hoses and 2 oil cooler hoses to the water with motor and bracket pump assembly.

  2. INSTALL FRAME SIDE RAIL PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 

    (See INSTALLATION )

  4. ADD AND INSPECT HYBRID TRANSAXLE FLUID  (See REPLACEMENT  )
  5. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter)  (See REPLACEMENT  )
  6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) 
  7. INSTALL NO.1 ENGINE UNDER COVER  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. INSTALL NO.2 ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
