Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER

    1. Disconnect the T12 amplifier connector.
    2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      ECU CONNECTOR TERMINAL SPECIFIED CONDITION RESISTANCE

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      GND (T12-5) - Body ground V - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the T12 amplifier connector.
    4. Measure the resistance and voltage of the connector.
      ECU CONNECTOR TERMINAL SPECIFIED CONDITION RESISTANCE AND VOLTAGE

      Key inserted Pulse generation (see  f waveform 2)
      TXCT (T12-4) - GND (T12-5) G - V Burst signal control No key in ignition key cylinder Below 1 V
      Key inserted Pulse generation (see  g waveform 3)

      If the result is not as specified, the amplifier may have a malfunction.

    5. Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

    1. Disconnect the T13 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the T13 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connector.
