Inspection Procedure

- CHECK FOR ANY FOREIGN OBJECT
- Check that the radio receiver cassette tape player is free from foreign objects.
OK:
No foreign objects.
NG: REMOVE FOREIGN OBJECT
OK: Go to next step
- Check that the radio receiver cassette tape player is free from foreign objects.
- CHECK CASSETTE TAPE
- Check that the cassette tape is a normal tape for recording sounds.
OK:
Cassette tape is normal.
NG: CASSETTE TAPE IS FAULTY
OK: Go to next step
- Check that the cassette tape is a normal tape for recording sounds.
- REPLACE CASSETTE TAPE WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK
- Replace the cassette tape with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.
OK:
Malfunction disappears.
NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
OK: CASSETTE TAPE IS FAULTY
- Replace the cassette tape with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.
