INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the 2 generator brackets with the 2 bolts.

  Torque: 20 N*m ( 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
2. Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

  Torque: 43 N*m ( 438 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf)
3. Install the bracket with the nut.

  Torque: 20 N*m ( 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
4. Install the generator wire to terminal B with the nut (A).

  Torque: 9.8 N*m ( 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)
5. Install the terminal cap.
6. Install the clamp bracket with the bolt (B).
  Torque: 10 N*m ( 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
7. Attach the 2 clamps, and connect the generator connector to the generator.
INSTALL WIRE HARNESS
1. Install the wire harness with the 3 nuts (A).

  Torque: 10 N*m ( 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
2. Connect the 2 connectors (B).

INSTALL RADIATOR INLET HOSE . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 6
INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 93
ADD ENGINE COOLANT . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 5
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
INSTALL NO. 1 INLET AIR CLEANER . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 87
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 115
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 116
INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 118
