Combination Meter: Installation: Installation

  1. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Install the combination meter with the 4 screws.

  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply protective tape to the area shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Attach the 2 clips to install the finish panel.
    4. Install the 2 clips.
  3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
  4. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 2
  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    Reset the AUTO TILT AWAY function setting to the previous condition by changing the customize parameter. Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS .

  6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 11
  7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
      NOTE:

      Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
